An Experienced Construction Sub Contract Buyer with is required to join one of the industries leading companies based in their Yorkshire Regional office in Leeds.
THE ROLE: Long established and highly respected as a traditional construction company my client contracts on new build schemes along with highly prestigious heritage restoration projects ranging in value from £2M up to £100Million proving to the industry that they lead the way in the when it comes to providing high quality developments with timely delivery. Operating as lead Sub Contract Buyer within the companies highly successful Procurement Team with responsibilities covering the management and monitoring of sub contract agreements, procurement, negotiations and expenditures under the guidance of the Chief Buyer. Excellent communication skills are essential, comfortable in negotiations with good knowledge of the construction industry and associated IT software packages.
