Major Civil Engineering Contractor, family owned & operated, based in North Yorkshire are looking to source a North East based Quantity Surveyor.
THE ROLE: Operating as principle contractor along with Joint venture partnerships for blue chip clients has propelled this company to the forefront of the industry due to their reputation and exceptional service. Project range covers the complete civil engineering discipline although with a heavy emphasis on earthworks, landfill, water and infrastructure schemes with values ranging from £50,000 through to £50Million out of their North East office. Commercial abilities should span the full scope of QS duties from pre contract tender enquiries, project monitoring through to final account handling & closure with procurement routes covering traditional & joint venture contracts with competitive & pre negotiated forms of tendering. Negotiable salaries range from £28,000 to £45,000p/a depending on experience along with an excellent company benefits package & career progression opportunities on offer. |
