Project Managers x 2
Concentrating on providing Design & Build solutions for the developers of Student Accommodation across the industry require two Project Managers to cover projects within Yorkshire & North East regions.
THE ROLE:
Currently topping over £100Million turnover, since establishing the company over 200 years ago, my clients hold the capacity to deal with D&B projects from conception to completion providing ‘the complete package’ on Commercial, Industrial and Accommodation projects with individual values of up to £45Million. Two such up & coming student accommodation projects for 2008 are the £36Million structural steel frame design and & build due to start in August consisting of 600 bedrooms, information centre & facilities in Newcastle. £30Million steel frame design and build with 500 bedrooms information centre & associated management buildings in Hull due to start in September.
Excellent build experience is essential for this role alongside the ability to safely deliver quality on time and to budget, a good commercial awareness and knowledge of construction contractual legalities will also be of benefit to prospective applicants.
