Highway Engineers

Duties

West Yorkshire based Consultancy require Highways Engineers from Assistant to Senior Engineer level to join them on a salaried basis. Candidates should have considerable experience of detailed planning / development and design of highway maintenance and improvement schemes. All levels required from Assistant to Senior Engineer, and you will be involved in the detailed development and design of schemes, including drawings / reports and calculations, in accordance with the Highways Agency standards including the DMRB, IANs and MCHW. You will also be involved in the preparation of other reports and documents to support scheme development, such as Traffic Management Options Reports (TMORs), Project Appraisal Reports (PARs) and Temporary Traffic Regulations Orders (TTROs). Also designers duties under the CDM Regulations including undertaking designers risk assessments.

Candidates should have minimum academic qualifications to HND level in Civil Engineering and ideally some experience of the highways maintenance sector.
