Recommend A Friend and Receive £200!

With this in mind we have launched our ‘Recommend a Friend’ Scheme for any technical and construction management staff who may be looking for a new opportunity. The scheme welcomes professionals such as:

This is not however, a definitive list.
This is how it works:
If you are already registered as a candidate with Leda Recruitment, or if you are an active client of ours, simply recommend someone you know within any of the disciplines applicable who is seeking alternative employment. Should Leda Recruitment successfully place them, you will be rewarded as follows:
- For permanent jobs we will pay you £200
- For contract/ freelance jobs we will pay you £50
To qualify for the scheme you must ensure the following:
- The person you refer to us must be a new candidate (ie Not registered) to Leda Recruitment OR must not have worked for us for more than 2 years.
- The new candidate must stay in their permanent post for a minimum of 12 weeks OR
- The new candidate must work in a contract/ freelance capacity for 6 weeks. (The six week period need not be continuous however hours worked must total 220.)
